Harlem Gospel choir backed Sia singing “Alive” on Saturday Night Live, Nov 7, 2015. Sia was also accompanied by the dancer Mia. This episode of SNL was its most highly rated SNL show in 2 years and was hosted by Donald Trump.
To mark the seventieth anniversary of the founding of the United Nations, a commemorative concert was held on Friday, 23 October 2015, in the UN General Assembly Hall. Organized by the UN Department of Public Information in collaboration with the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations and the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), the concert featured the KBS Traditional Music Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Lee Jun-ho and accompanied by Kim Hae-sook, renowned master of the twelve-string gayageum. Special guest performers included UN Messenger of Peace and pianist Lang Lang; K-pop duo Davichi; and the Harlem Gospel Choir.
The choir performed with Yolanda Adams and Craig Lewis Band on the AGT finale.
The choir performed with Jamiexx on Late Night with Seth Meyers. It was a star-studded affair –
with Romy Madley-Croft, Oliver Sim, Chairlift’s Caroline Polachek, Warpaint’s Stella Mozgawa, Savages’ Jehnny Beth, rising soul singer Moses Sumney, Okay Kaya and Paulilovejoy.
Pharrell Williams surprised Harlem Gospel Choir as they sang his hit song “Happy” on VH1’s The Buzz.
